Hi, I'm Bhaven Jani, Photographer & Artist.
My professional journey didn't begin behind a camera. After studying Electronics Engineering and completing my MBA from NMIMS Mumbai, I spent several years working with organisations such as Mahindra, Tata, NIIT and Accenture Consulting.
It was a successful corporate career that also gave me opportunities to travel internationally. But somewhere along the way, I realised something interesting.
I enjoyed carrying my camera far more than carrying my office bag.
Photography had always been a passion. Wherever work took me, my camera came along — and gradually I found myself wondering: Could something I loved this much become more than just a hobby?
In 2011, I decided to find out. I left my corporate career behind and became a full-time photographer.

What began as a personal passion took me across India and around the world as a professional photographer.
Over the years, I have worked across travel, landscapes, portraits and weddings, using photography to capture people, places and stories.
My travel photography journey gave me the opportunity to partner with international tourism boards including Canada, Thailand, Taiwan and Jordan, creating imagery to showcase these destinations to travellers.
My work has also been published across leading photography and travel publications including National Geographic Traveller India, Outlook Traveller, Better Photography, Asian Photography, India Today Travel Plus, The Hindu and others.
Along the way, I was also recognised among India's Top 30 Wedding Photographers by Canon and Better Photography.

The Journey Continues — Through Teaching
After years of creating photographs professionally, I found another side of photography that I deeply enjoyed — helping others discover it.
I met many people who owned capable cameras and genuinely wanted to create beautiful photographs, but didn't know where to begin. They were surrounded by tutorials, videos and technical information, yet often lacked a clear path, practical guidance and meaningful feedback.
That led me to photography education.
Today, I work with beginner and intermediate photographers, helping them understand their cameras, develop their photographic eye and become more confident about the images they create.
My approach is built around something simple:
Learn. Practice. Get Feedback. Improve.
Because learning photography isn't just about knowing more.
It's about seeing differently — and creating photographs that reflect the way you see the world.
